We’re not talking spaghetti, we’re talking hand-pulled noodles (Noodle making at Tasty Hand-Pulled Noodles in NYC’s Chinatown shown to the left). And we have to admit, this task is a bit daunting. But we will try our darndest and report back on our experience later this week!
