Throughout the country gourmands are going mobile. Food trucks have become a full on craze.  Here in New York City, street food is no longer limited to Sabrett hot dogs, rubbery salted pretzels and bad coffee – you can find a truck to satisfy nearly any craving.  Not to mention, seeking out their location is like an epicurean treasure hunt.
