Day 2: Foodie Gifts (Part 2)

Adding to Hillary’s list of great gifts to send to your favorite food obsessed friends, here are a few of my recommendations…

47b541604068d84ae5453d20c6e5ccaa_post_large1. Gowanus Furniture Company’s Culver Stovetop Cutting Board.  Apartment living has its challenges, like finding enough space in your charming (read: tiny) kitchen to chop vegetables.  Combining both beauty and function this board adds much needed counter space!  Purchase one for $118 at Gowanus Furniture online.

vita2. A Vitamix.  Whatever you do don’t call it a blender.  Sure you can use it to whip up your average milk shake but this baby can do everything from make frothy blended juices to a hot and hearty soup in seconds.  Top of the line blending available at Williams Sonoma for $649.99.

milk3. Glass bottles & jars.  Fill them with olive oil, vinegars, water, milk, juice, mixers for cocktails…the list goes on and on!  Cute and oh so very handy.  Who couldn’t use an extra jar or two?  Especially cute ones available at Fishs Eddy online.

Happy gifting everyone!  And speaking of foodie gifts…up next – Hillary and I share just what we’re hoping to find under the tree come Christmas morning…
