T2K Cleanse: Day 3

Happy Friday! And happy last day of cleansing! We hope that you are feeling (and looking!) great! Follow along for one more day of tasty and healthy meals.

Breakfast
Spicy Lemonade
You will need:
Juice of 1/2 a lemon (2 tbsp)
1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup cold water

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass, stir until the sweetener has dissolved, enjoy!

Lunch
Carrot Ginger Soup – ready to go in your fridge!

Dinner

Congratulations everyone! I bet you feel great. Try to keep eating lots of veggies, whole grains & lean protein, but remember that dessert or a glass of wine once (or twice) in a while is totally necessary!
